"Hits Very Solid"
For the last six months or so I have had the chance to hang out at Jim's shop from time to time. I'm amazedby the amount of knowledge he has as far as cue construction. There are more things that go into the good hit of a cue than I e ver knew. I was lucky and got to watch my cue progress through construction,when it was finished I was very pleased. It plays as good as it looks and hits very solid. They say one of the best things you can do for your game is find a cue you like and don't ever change, my suggestion is a Sickles Cue.

No matter where I go I can't beat the Sickles price or quality. I've played long enough to be able to tell the difference between a
high volume production cue and a custom cue. But I cannot tell the
difference between Jim's custom cues and say... an authentic Southwest. Jim knows the secrets of a master cuemaker.

"honors customer request
Mr Jim Sickles took a Mark Bear sneaky pete blank and made me a very nice cue. It's balanced good and hits solid. Very good feel to this cue. He is easy to deal with and honors customer requests. We had several emails and phone conversations. I have certain specs that I like and Mr. Sickles was able to give me what I wanted. I would reccomed this cue builder to anyone.
